Water Park Acquaworld
Concorezzo (MI) - 2011
Project: Sering srl - Armalam S.r.l. Near Milan, more precisely in Concorezzo, a water park will rise to become a tourist destination. Acquaworld will be the first indoor water park in Italy and will rise in Concorezzo, not far from town and easily reachable from Monza and Milano. The project includes swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), 1100 linear feet of slides, a garden of more than 7 thousand square meters and a capacity of 1500 people at once.
Marina Verde Wellness Resort
Caorle (VENEZIA) - 2011
A multi-storey building in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Marina Verde in Caorle is the first six-storey building in Italy made in wood. The building was planned and built according to a green building philosophy, in this case according to the ClimateHouse A+ codes.
NEW COMPLEX OF BUILDINGS PORTA NUOVA – MIDI CITTÀ DOMANI
Bologna (BO) - 2010
In Bologna we are realizing a very special project: we are building a restaurant in form of a whale. The main as well as the secondary structure will be entirely made of glulam: 23 frames are placed at 2.25 m from each other. They are partially curved with a minimum radius of 3 m and a maximum radius of about 7.5 m in order to give to the structure the typical form of the marine mammal (see above).
The whole structure will be built according to the fire resistance class 60’.
