The industrial facility of Castel Gabbiano is a construction of large dimensions. The roof of over 10,000 m2 was realized with Holzbau Universal Panels.
The Holzbau Universal Panel used in the planning and the realization of industrial facilities guarantees a fast construction time and thus also a reduction in costs.

Valdaora (BOLZANO)
The Universal Panel guarantees a fast realization of your project.
The industrial facility in Valdaora was entirely built by Holzbau with Universal Roof and Universal Wall Panels. The fact that there was only one supply firm in charge for the execution of the construction enabled an optimal workflow on the building site and a very fast completion. The assembly of the building took only 3 weeks: during the first week, the main structure in glulam was erected, during the second week, 2,000 m² of Universal Roof and Wall Panels were installed with a daily average of 400 m² and during the last week, the waterproof coating was fixed and the finishing was done.

For the realization of this project in Peschiera del Garda, Holzbau used Universal Wall Panels plastered on the outside. They were installed on a glulam structure and combined with the glass and steel parts thought for the offices. The outcome is a modern building, where the various architectural and aesthetical components blend well with each other.

The Holzbau Universal Panel can also be used for objects with special aesthetic requirements as for example in the case of the Winery Le Meridiane in Trento. The personalised final layer of the glulam panels enables to combine a fast realization with the sophisticated aesthetics and the high quality of the wood.

The Holzbau Universal ECO Panel meets the ClimateHouse building codes.
The gym in Merano was built by Holzbau with Universal ECO Roof Panels according to the ClimateHouse standards as to the insulation and the energy saving requirements. The panels were installed on a glulam structure.
